The departments at Truckee Meadows Community College are always looking for new ways to communicate their programs to incoming students. For this poster I was asked to use typography in a clean, contemporary style and really embrace negative space. Expressing the quote by Jules Combarieu was a great way to solve the problem and it really helped me create the visual queues of the strings and the piano keys well. The body copy and contact info were also required.
